Lindsay Infranco, MS, LAC Licensed Associate Counselor

Starting therapy can be a very daunting, so you should be proud of yourself for taking the first step of your healing journey.  My approach to counseling is to collaborate with you to reach your goals by creating a safe, comfortable space where you can be completely yourself, free of judgment.  Whatever you may be struggling with, I am happy to support you and be by your side.  Let’s walk through this together!

My Education

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from Arizona State University and my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Phoenix Seminary. I completed my practicum at AZ Pinnacle Counseling and am thrilled to continue working with the practice as a Licensed Associate Counselor.

My Professional Journey

I started my career working at a newspaper and doing public relations for local organizations. While I loved being creative, I felt called to help others find healing.

I started my therapy work as a lay group counselor for the non-profit Mending the Soul, which aims to help abuse and trauma survivors find a supportive environment. Working with a community to help carry the burden of each other inspired me to devote my life to helping those who have been deeply harmed by trauma. So, I decided to leave my job as public relations specialist and enroll in the masters of counseling program at Phoenix Seminary.

In my studies, I learned that the most impactful aspect of therapy is having another person to sit with you in life’s most challenging moments. I am a strong believer that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in a client’s healing journey. With this as our foundation, I’m confident that together we can help you reach your goals.

My specialties include, but are not limited to:

  • Trauma from Abuse and Sexual Violence

  • Other Trauma

  • Teens

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Grief

  • Couples

  • Faith-based Counseling

In Addition to Therapy

Though I am not from Phoenix originally, I love living here and exploring all that the city has to offer with my husband. I am a huge advocate for self-care, and I spend a lot of my free time running, trying out new recipes, and taking care of my two cats (Mac and Milo).
